It is hot inside and outside ....how do i care for my new budgie when i am at work? (40 celsius outside and worse inside) I am really worried as havnt done this before and he was a gift !!

i like birds more. and a bird make its next in my home. while seeing dts i get more interst in it. from dt time on words am serching more about birds.

It's exactly 14 days and 45 mins since the first baby hatched. When is it goig to open it's eyes? Also, when will it open at the most?(16 daiz 17 daiz?)

I have a lovebird at home but whenever I go near them, they like go wild and they dont love me=( so when I see people like going to Rite-Aid with a bird in their shoulder, I get jealous!! How do they make the bird get used to you and not think of me as a bunch of things trying to kill it...Help!!

My cocketeil, Alfred, is out right now and the door to his cage won't stay open, this always happens, I tried a tie, but he chewed on it and I don't know what to do next. The door has springs, so it won't open when he is on it, but what if he is out?

I'm pet sitting a parrot (don't know the breed, but its small and purple and blue with a green head if that helps). It keeps burrowing under the newspaper at the bottom of the cage and hiding under there. Is this something I should be worried about?

I've had him for over a year. He goes on my hand and I can kiss him on the belly but he flies off to the mirrors in the room after a few seconds and won't fly to my hand or shoulder as my previous budgies have done. He seems to lack attitude and a mentality of discovering the room. He just goes to the mirrors all the time (2 places). I had 2 budgies previously who lacked fear - one would fly to me and nibble my ear and sometimes bite (which this one would never do) and the other I could pick up and turn over and tickle her ear and her feathers would raise up on her head. I don't seem to be able to bond with this one and stop his fear.

My cockatiels have laid 4 eggs and have been sitting on them for about 3 weeks already. Today i looked in the nestbox and found another egg. Do they normally do this? When do the eggs usually hatch and what will happen to the last egg.

,My bird is barely moving,not eating, and not doing normal acitivity. She is closing her eyes and she is not aware of anything. Normanly if you touch a bird they will start looking around but she isnt. HELP ME I WANT HER TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
