You need to make sure that she is comfortable first off. I'm not sure how old your bird is.. but clearly she is sick.

Please take her to an Avian Vet as soon as you can to make sure that she gets medical attention. That is the best way.

Good Luck.

The first thing you must do is to keep her VERY WARM! A temperature of 80-100 degree's. Cover the cage with a blanket or cloth of sorts. Drape cover over back and around sides of cage. Place some COVERED hot water bottles around the outside of cage to help with the warmth. Keep your bird in the quiet and out of draughts. Seek advice from a vet IMMEDIATELY!!!!
Check birds food, blowing shucks off seed pot.?
Check water,be sure its fresh.?
Check your birds droppings. Are they normal? (Abnormal droppings =illness)?

Get the bird to a vet as soon as possible. Birds hide illness and don't act sick until they are so ill that they are sick enough to die. Birds also have high metabolism and a bird thats sick enough to act sick is also a bird who isn't eating or drinking enough to keep itself alive either. Your only chance is to see the vet right away.

take the bird to a vet, also make sure you get the thing fresh food, sometimes when they eat they leave the seeds on the top and can't get to the real food, fresh water, fresh air, and the vet.

If there's an emergency vet in your area, I suggest you take her immediately. At the very least, contact your vet for suggestions on what you can do to help her.

If she is laying on the bottom of the cage, not on a perch, with
what you have already stated, it sure does not look good for her.

Don't waste your time here, get her help fast!!

I hope it is not too late.

good luck to you.
