His "poopies" are a very vibrant green, and he has alot of water with them. he seems to be eating about the same and drinking more (obviously) I am wondering if there is anything I can do for him at home since I can't afford to take him to the vet. I am going to start giving him a Pedialite formula to help rehydrate him, but I am not sure if the there is anything else I can do that I am no thinking of can do.

Hi , We are experiencing a lot of troubles with our blue ringneck.
he is extremely grumpy at times and and plays extremely rough in his cage. This causes him to constantly break his tail feathers and it never gets time to grow back. It was suggested that he gets bored and we should put more toys in his cage but this did not help at all as he is still the same.

We had been raising since 5 weeks from birth and he is quite at ease when we hold him or he sit with us.

can someone perhaps help us out with this?

Im thinking about getting a budgie, but I have never had a bird before. I know about their care and all, but I wanted to know the most about how good they can be as pets. And can your train them to not fly away outside? Anyways... Are most budgies nice and social, and maybe even affectionate? What would happen if I got two/ Would they like eachother more than me? please give me your best and detailed information. Thanks.

I have 2 cockatiels and the one who I think is a female but have never really known is lets say not tame. I bought her from a petstore and the manager told me she had been there for a really long time. She kinda just grew to not trust people i guess. Im selling her now. i bought her for 75 but im selling her for 30. Price negotiable. If anyone is interested just let me know. One thing I will not sell her to first time bird buyers. She needs someone with alot of patients and experience. Please feel free to ask what ever questions you have about her and I will let you know. I just want to find her a good home.

I want to adopt a cockatoo or africian gray. I have worked with both for years being a pet groomer and vet tech. I have everything rready for one now I just have to find one. I am home most of the day and get free vet care. I would preferr to rescue one that needs a home instead of going and buying a baby. Please help me find one.

We just purchsed a new budgie and are very excited, but worried that he won't eat yet. I see "conflicting" advise about keeping him covered or socializing him "right away" What is the right thing to keep him healthy and acclaimate him?

I used to work at an Amustment Park where I live. When I was on break and the ducks would flock to me, I'd give them some of my pop-corn chicken (spicy of course). I wonder what happened to them? Does that make them carnivarous? Or, are they already that because they eat worms?

Would, say, a blackbird from England understand another blackbird from, say, Italy? Or would it be considered a 'foreign language' to it?

(I know blackbirds aren't pets, but this is the closest topic area)

It's been like this for a few weeks, what should I do about it and how long does it lasts? And he barely has any feathers on the top of his head. It looks like a bunch of splinters popping out of the top of his head!!! What should I do about that? Is he just growing new feathers? But other than that he seems fine.
