I am going to go with pigeons. There nests are such a mess and their skills so bad. I have seen them try to nest on top of a square drain pipe where each egg laid rolled off and broke on the ground.

House Sparrows don't even build a formed nest..they just pile a bunch of material up and lay their eggs on it. Doves and pigeons do the same...barely use any material at all and sometimes the eggs fall right "out" or off of the nest.

I think the house wren males, when they are mating they build several makeshift ones for their mate, and then they take her on a tour to pick one. Then she immediately tosses out every stich he built and builds her own.
