do you mean that it looks like new beak is growing from the present beak like a ridge is forming or the beak seems to be flaking and a new tip is growing? If it is this it may be that there has been a calcium deficiency in its diet or it has damaged its beak and is repairing itself.
. Beaks grow like our finger nails and if there is a dietary deficiency this may show as a ridge or malformation in the beak or claws. Take the bird to an avian vet for advice about this.

Take her to an avian vet to see whats happening sounds like deformity to me. Her other beak may need to be removed.

Screw taking her to pets mart. They'll tell you to chop it off. You need to take her a bird specialist vet. They are few n far in between. Do you have cuttlebone in the cage for her/him to file its beak with? More than likely, they'll have to file it off.

I know absolutely nothing about birds. In pet stores they sell "cuttlebone" for mounting in bird cages, so the bird can rub his beak against it. If you don't already have a "cuttlebone" where your bird can get at it, I think you're overdue for getting one!

A second beak? That's handy, maybe it's for speaking another language.

If you can take it to PetSmart or a veterinary office, they will be able to give you some good advice. She might just be one of those unique birds that this has never happened to before. You could enter her in a circus! Good luck!
