It was on the ground and my brother couldn't find the nest or parents so he gave it to me. I took care of it for a couple weeks and it is healthy and living outside on its own. I leave food for it and he comes when I call him. I am scared that he will become attached to me and not find other crows to live with during the winter. It is roughly two months old. Should I ignore him and stop feeding him or will he find a family either way? I have another question as well I seen him on an antenna on top of my neighbors roof and perched beside him was a hawk about 3/4 his size I do not no what breed of hawk but is it a threat? It did not appear interested in my crow and flew away but he lives in my neighborhood and might come back and my crow has no buddies to protect him yet.

My budgie got her toe caught on something, and there was blood all over her cage. Her toe is no longer bleeding, but how do I keep it from getting infected? Will she chew on it? Should i take her to a vet?

I tried to save it by putting my cat inside and getting a wash cloth to pick it up but by the time i got back outside, my cat already had gotten it. I have cried the past 3 days and don't know what to do to get over it.

There is one in my front yard and it attacks me when i step out the door. I don't want to kill it, because it just had babies and its a mockingbird (i live in Texas, illegal). When will it leave? What can i do with out hurting the bird? When i go and get my dog from his playpen outside it starts attacking me. It is super scary right now i went outside and the male bird distracted me and the female bird attacked me from the back. Help! ASAP!
