Since said swallow is most probably smaller the the cocnut. I will assume that some dastardly cad, such as yourself, (no offence we all have to have a hobby; it's good for mental health.) has glued the alledged bird to the coconut and propelled it in some fashion through the air. I would guess that a cannon was involved.
If so, we are missing some vital information. The bore of the cannon, the amount of black powder used. the ambient temperature, pressure and % humidity, the bird's social security nember, and whether the bird flaps while being propelled through the air.
I earnestly await this vital information. (please supply same). Upon its receipt, I and my trained ballistic staff will perform the required calculations and provide you with a proper answer.
Yours truly

Lame Monty Python line. But, the velocity of the Swallow would be equal to the force of gravity cause there is no way that little bird could carry the coconut. And if it fell wrong, it would be a dead bird.

That would depend upon how high up the coconut was on the tree. The minute the swallow "attached" to the coconut and the coconut started falling, it would plummet to the earth. A coconut that was higher up would have a higher average velocity.
