My 3 month old puppy is soooo nasty, that i don't know what to do anymore. I've tried training and every thing. Right now, i'm trying to crate train him. I feed him three times a day, exercise him, let him run around and play, etc everything you need to do for a puppy. But every time i come to let him out to potty, he has already done it in his cage. I'm fed up with the pissy smell. I don't want to get rid of him. The vet says he's healthy and there's no bladder infection or anything. I take him out at least six times a day, and i clean his kennel with lysol, and fabuloso to keep the smell away to prevent him from wanting to go again in his cage. I don't know what else to do, he's getiing sores all over from the pee he sits in. I have to bathe him everyday. Please help, i love my cute little puppy, and don't want to get rid of him.

I let one of my dogs out in the backyard for a few hours every day. There are two huge signs, "DOG ON PROPERTY" and "DO NOT FEED THE DOG".

Despite the sign and the many conversations I have had with my neighbor about not feeding my dog, he will still throw food on my property for the dog and then provoke him. I have explained to him many times not to feed my dog, and especially not to feed my dog and then touch him because he is food aggressive with strangers.

The other day I saw him feeding my dog and then provoking him by shoving his head away from the food while he was still eating it.

If an accident happens, who is legally to blame?

My pembroke corgi female named gracie has been chewing on her paws alot lately. she was born on march 16, 2007 (not even a year old). She will even whimper when she does it, like it hurts her, but she still does it. Gracie is our first dog, should we take her to a doctor, or is it just 'puppy play'? PLEASE HELP GRACIE AND ME!

My newest cat I found in the parking lot of a hardware store. He was around 6/8 weeks old at the time.He had dried blood on his face from a wound on his nose and was shaking bad.I could not resist bringing him home. He is 8 months now and so sweet. The problem started about 2 weeks ago...he is humping any stuffed animal he comes across. It was sorta funny at 1st but now....lil sick.I tried boxing up the stuffed animals and now he humps the throw pillows on the couch.I have had a few cats in my time....never have any of them done this. I should add that he is strictly an inside pet.He hasnt went outside since I brought him home,he freaks out when I open the front door.He is terrified of going outside.I think he has issues from when he was abandoned.Any ideas how to stop him from doing it?

their both feed with good memories... but in a relationship you usually have problems to deal with and with pets their is not that much of a problem...lol relationship don't always last forever like most ppl would like to think they will. they is always a skeleton in someones closet waiting to get out but with pets all you really not to worry about is them attacking someone.

tell you what you think about what i said and how you find on this subject.

We are itching all over but haven't been around anyone with Scabies. Just started itching after we aquired mice to feed the snakes. Or can fleas make you itch all over your body and feel like something is crawling in the corner of your eyes. I'm going to bomb today because I did see a couple fleas. Could they make this feeling? Usu. when I've had fleas, I visibally break out but I haven't like that.

I am considering a Belgian Malinois as a companion and watch dog. I do have a large fenced yard for excercise and occassionally have small grand children over fo visits. I've read all of the AKC literature on-line in regards to this breed, but would like to hear from someone for advice that has actually owned and trained one. Thanks in advance.

We got a yorkshire terrier about a year ago and now she has acquired major fleas! I mean to say, you can see them crawling around in her wispy belly hair! Well, we are kinda tight on money at the moment and these fleas have got to go. We really can't afford Frontline or K9 Advantix, so are there any safe home remedies? Also, she is not quite one year yet, and she still eats everything she can. I'm afraid that if we put flea medication on her, she may eat it and become sick. What should I do? Also, I have heard about Dawn dish liquid, is this safe? If there are no safe home remedies, what is the safest and cheapest madication out there to use? And to get rid of the fleas in our house and/or yard, what home thing could we use? What about lemon juice? I thank you so much in advance for your help with this serious flea problem!

After I tell the story, would you get help for this dog?

My brother found this dog last year. He was working in Detroit and this little puppy kept following him around. So he kept it. It is the cutest thing, he is older now. He is a pit bull, shepherd, malamute mix. He has absolutely no manners, he jumps on the couch, on the kitchen table, if they don't put him in the cage while their gone he destroys everything. And lately he's been biting strangers. We think its because hes scared and he can either run away or attack. And he attacks. But the weird thing is, I can stick my hand in his mouth, I can do anything to him and he won't attack me. And there are also 2 cats in the house. He plays with them, bites them (not hard), hes gentle with them. Is it just because he doesn't attack the people that know him? He's really bad at walking too, he pulls aggressively. Since I've known him all his life, he is the biggest baby ever, but to strangers, hes a savage!

With the arrival of our son, we had to relocate the litter box & food to the basement. Kato is fine with it, but Spike is totally scared of the basement. He has dropped weight & will use the old litter box location half the time (no box there any more). He is very outgoing, but something must have happened to make him scared of the basement. If I carry him down, he will barely move from where I set him down & he cries & howls. I have stayed there with him for hours trying to get him calm & used to it, shut them both down there at night, etc... Nothing is working. He still goes in our 2nd floor regularly. We do not have other places to put the litter & we are too urban to let him out. He is an amazing cat & is so good with my 10 month old. I love him dearly, but we have to get him to stop or he will be going to a new home. PLEASE help me to help my little guy. He will go down occasionally, but not often.

I have had a tank set-up for over a year nd I have had various platy fish since January. However, at least four of my six fish are acting lethargic and are floating near the bottom or near the top of the tank. Two of these fish were born in this tank and so they are not old. The water parameters are great - no detectable levels of ammonia, nitrate -- nitrate levels are minimal and ph is 7.0.

My only thought is that two Fridays ago I fed them a vacation tablet. When I got up the next day to leave for my trip the tablet was gone. Now, I do have a 5 " catfish in the tank, but even so the tablet was supposed to last for a few days longer. Could they have overeaten and gotten sick? Shouldn't they have recovered by now if this was the case?

I've moved two of the fish to a treated hospital tank but I am afraid that the other tank needs to be treated. I am using something for swim bladder disease but I really don't know what they have as there are no noticeable signs of usual fish disease.

For the last month and a half my mom and me have been feeding a mother cat and her two kittens. We're about 99.99999% sure the mother cat was once a house cat because she knows exactly how to use a litter box and shes not afraid of us at all. Yesterday we got them to come in our house by leading them in with food and than shut the door. They spazzed, but I knew that would happen. We took them to the vet, got all their fleas removed, and got the mom her rabies shots. The vet said their only about 9 weeks old. My question here is, how do we gain trust from the kittens, their both terrified, and one will hiss even if you look at her. The mom has no problem with us touching her or her babies and is the sweetest cat ever.

We're trying to gain trust from them so we can give them to good homes. Any suggestions on how to get them to trust us?

when my cat had 4 kittens on april 1st of this year, I decided to keep 2 of them. Mama has no milk left, and her babies are almost as big as her, and they both will try nursing off her once in a while!!! Is this normal, and are they just doing it for security reasons?? Mama does not let them try for long ,she either swats at them, or runs away...
