He possibly has a slipped disc.
Keep him warm and confined, no exercise, or movement till a vet can see him
Get him to vet asap.

Your regular vets office will refer you to an emergency number on Sundays, evenings and holidays. I can't see your dog so don't really know if I'd consider it serious. Having said that I'd take my dog to the emergency clinic if he were crying after a fall and had diarrhea. Good luck.

i read your updates, but still, take him to the emergency vet. the pooping is what worries me, most. a finicky dog might just cry bc of the trauma of the event, even if it is technically okay for the most part... but the fact that it cries when you touch him *anywhere* and the fact that he can't stop pooping makes me feel like this is a really serious problem. better to be safe then sorry! it's serious and how terrible would it be if he dies because you didn't take action!

there is ALWAYS an emergency vet opened 7 days a week, call your local vets and on their answering machine there's usually a number for the emergency vet. Make sure your dog cannot move alot or isnt running and such...and make sure you have your check book ready!

Ok calm down. You really do need to call a vet. And maybe, you should stop trying to touch him, because he might be in pain still. But do everything you can to help him and call a vet right away to make an appointment.

You are right, you need a vet. Look for an emergency vet in your area, I'm not sure where you are or I'd look for you.
Go to this link and type in your zip code. http://www.vetlocator.com/hotline.php
Your dog may have broken a bone and/or ruptured something inside.

YES this is an emergency, and your vets number will be redirected to an emergency contact if they are closed.
Get your dog help NOW....dont ask US if this is an emergency, this is YOUR dog, who relies on YOU for help!
