i bathed 3hrs ago my dog with this really powerful flea product and then put frontline on it and she has still got fleas how do i stop the fleas?

And i have a mated pair of coral banded shrimp in it, thats all. In another tank i have a green wrasse, a clown and 2 sea horses Can i put the sea horses in the biger, better and more suited for them tank or will the CBS hurt them and vis versa

my pup is such a character.. he sits and smiles when i have to brush his teeth and he goes crazy when i get his lead out.. and he gives the best welcome home i missed you so much when i get back from work.. they are great all round. my old fella farts lots and waits at the door when it is time for his walk and if you dont take him will bark at you.

I have a wild cat in my back yard that has basically taken over my back yard. It sleeps in our lounge chairs and tables and is rather comfortable there. He/she fishes through our thrash bags and sometimes sneaks into our kitchen. You might think that i don't want her here(i think its a girl but thats unconfirmed), but since she moved in the rat population in my back yard has gone down to zero. which is cool. I kind of want to adopt it, i just have no experience with cats (used to have two dogs that died but have no pets now). She wont let me near her. I worry that she needs to be checked out for health issues. she lives in my yard 24/7, but she may belong to one my neighbors, don't know.

should i call pet control or is there a way i can get her to trust me enough to get near her?

i just bought three 10cm sarasa comets and released them into my pond. i left the bag floating for 15 mins and poured some pond water into the bag to sit 4 another 10mins. then i let them out. It has been 2 days now since i released them but they don't seem to move around much. my pond is cycled (left for 1.5 months) and the ph and stuff are perfect
Are they just shy or sick?

I cannot keep my ph level down in my 10 gallon tank it is a freshwater tank and i have done everything i got ph decreaser and put that in like every 2 days and within 24 hours of putting it in the balance goes back up to 8.0 i have been losing fish and i just dont know what to do i have had my tank for over 8 weeks i have tried all sorts of ph balancers and liquids and i have even gotten the pre packaged aqaurium water and still no luck PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP

Ok, I was just now walking to the store, it's 1 in the morning but yeah, anyway, I saw this average-size dog laying at the end of the alley. (Not in the alley way, it was in the grass). And he looked like he was dying. I mean, it seemed like he couldn't move his body at all except for his head. He just laid there and didn't move at all, and I was even petting him and stuff. On the way back, he was still in the same spot. What should I have done? I hated just leaving him there, but I don't know what to do at 1 in the morning.

When my husband comes home from Iraq, we will be going to visit family. we may be away for 2 weeks. We cannot take our cats with us. We have a friend out here that can come over a couple times a day and feed them and clean their litter and hang out, but it breaks my heart that they will be alone half the time. I can't bear the thought! I love my 2 little guys and i spend every second that im home with them. How do i find a pet sitting service that will take care of my kittys for 1 or 2 weeks? I dont know how to find one. Thanks everyone!

my hamster is around 2 1/2 years old, she is a 4 inch RUSSIAN HAMSTER, and its been like 5 days since her belly is big and hard, and every once in a while she leaves a little drop of blood...at first i thought she was in her "days"...but its not stopping, its been like a week now, and i dont know what it is.....im worried but also aware shes old......

I have 3 cats, all girls, 1 is 3 years old and the others are sisters, both 2 years. My eldest cat has put on alot of weight and it's really unhealthy for her. I wanted to cut down on the food I'm giving her, but I don't want to starve my younger two. Any tips on how I can get her to lose weight and not starve the younger ones?

I am worried about my other cat that has been together with him for 15 years. She seems to purr constantly now and I know that she must feel the loss. I'm trying to spend more time with her. Any suggestions? My daugher wants to buy me a kitten and I don't want another cat to replace him.
