And i have a mated pair of coral banded shrimp in it, thats all. In another tank i have a green wrasse, a clown and 2 sea horses Can i put the sea horses in the biger, better and more suited for them tank or will the CBS hurt them and vis versa

I don't thing the CBS would hurt them, but this could depend on the species - is this a larger seahorse species or a dwarf? In a larger tank, the biggest concern would be feeding - would they be able to find food randomly added before the other species would eat it, or would you plan to target-feed? Seahorses wouldn't be as fast to swim to the food as the clown or wrasse, so make sure the seahorses get their share, or they'll slowly starve. The most harm the CBS might do is to steal the food from the seahorses before they had the chance to eat it. I had a peppermint shrimp that would try and do this to corals, anemones, seahorses, or whatever was too slow to get the food entirely into its mouth before he got to them.
