I live in a condo/apartment complex. The situation is that in order for my neighbor to walk her 4 dogs, she needs to pass the front door of my house to get to the gate. Two of the dogs are Pomeranian, which is known for barking at every little thing. She takes her dogs out to the front lawn to pee before she sleeps. The thing is she always does this after 11:00pm... sometimes as late as 2 am. Even though the 4 dogs bark like crazy for about 3~5 seconds in front of my apartment only, it's enough to wake me up because my huge window is facing the way she walks through. I can't shut it because it's summer right now. I have problem to get back to sleep after I am awaken by that traumatic barking noise. I desperately need help. This has been ongoing for over a year. I don't think I can put up with this anymore. We have complained to her before, but she just apologizes then continue doing the same thing. Do police deal with this even though it's only 5 seconds nightly?...

Rottweilers are known to be dangerous and aggresive. I have a cross breed dog, 6 month old (rottweiler/german shepherd). My son loves playing with her, she seems like a friendly dog. How dangerous it is? Would it turn around and attack its master someday?

I was born and raised in a very rural area. Most of the fellows hated cats, would do horrible things to them and thought of them as targets. Is this more of a rural thing? more of a male thing? Why the outright hatred of cats?

I was changing the cat litter the yesterday, and was engulfed by a huge dust cloud from the litter. I accidentally breathed a lot of the dirty litter dust in, and today I have a burning in my lungs which feels like an infection that is spreading to my throat. Has anyone else ever accidentally breathed in dirty litter dust and gotten sick?

My two male cats are not desexed.
The black one keeps pining down the ginger one and tries to mate with him (pining him down in one go for about 40 minutes).
Is the black one trying to show that he is the dominate male cat or is he confused with the ginger cats scent and thinks he is a she?
I have tried to seperate them, but they stay stuck or the black one pins down the ginger one again.
Sometimes it seems the ginger one doesn't mind it.
They are both definate males.

something looking like snot is formed over them and it forms inside, well under the eye and it just covers it and sticks the eye shut. I have to constantly catch them and remove it and it's getting on my nerves.

my neighbor said if I kept on doing this they would eventually get stronger as they get older and it will stop, but I want to solve the problem now!

So any ideas or suggestions on what to do?

This is killing me! I have a 7 yr old German Sheppard that I adore, even when I bought it for my daughter I am the one who usually feeds, bathe, fills his water plate, etc.

Now is just my 22 yr daughter and me, I noticed almost a year ago, that when I serve his food he eats almost half plate and doesn't eat the rest, or doesn't eat anything sometimes, and when my daughter serves him he finishes almost immediately.

My daughter is leaving for the university in 3 weeks, what's going to happen? Why is he doing this? Doesn't he love me? She doesn't play or give him more attention than I do. Have no clue about this behavior, I'm sad and worried that he doesn't love me and now that we will be alone he will not eat properly.
The dog is not inside the house, he lives in the outside patio, our land is very big, so he has a lot of space to exercise.
Any insights on this?

He's healthy, gets regular check ups and teeth cleaning, exercise etc. For the life of me with incentives and two easy access doggie doors he still goes to the bathroom in the house and has ruined my carpet.
