she is about three months old and is adorable..but she is a stinker to my Chihuahua, who is a boy, she won't leave him alone for 5 minutes, and she is intruding (on purpose we think) on all of his territory and habits..he has a certain place that he lays on the couch, now she lays there, even though she won't fit, he sleeps under the covers in our bed, she never has until recently even though it is obvious that she is to hot..and on it goes..any idea why she is behaving this way, and is there anything we can do to make her give him a little space?

My chihuahua seems to be posing when she stands still. She will hold up one paw and just stand there looking adorable. I know her leg is not hurt, she has done it with each foot. I have seen other chihuahuas do this too.

However, in the past year I have developed a very low tolerance for the sight of them. I mean, I've NEVER ever been in close proximity to one other than on the other side of a glass cage looking in. Before I could look at them on TV with no problem but now when I see one I scream very loudly as if I have been hurt. I've scared my husband a couple of times if he's in another room and hears my deathly scream. My heart rate increases and I get very nervous. Like I said before, this just started happening. I've never been harmed by one or even came in contact with one but I've always thought they were creepy. Is this just an developing phobia?

because they are starving. I would like to feed them, but I know that will just bring more of them coming back all the time for food. Is there an organization that takes away stray animals and takes care of them so they can be adopted?

Would a Golfish do fine with a betta fish? This is what i was thinking off:
1- Small Goldish
1-Betta Fish
2-3- Corydoras Catfish
3- Random Fish

-Is this fine or do I have to take some out. If i could put more what should I put and how much?

I'm an animal lover! Just in case I start getting abuse ;-)

I'm just curious? What is the price people are willing to put on a puppy's head?

Me? I couldn't do it for any amount of money, the guilt would be to much.
I've heard a lot of people say they would use the money to pay an animal charity. I'm wondering if you lot think that one puppy life is worth thousands of puppy lives?

All throughout my house the walls are lined with wooden base boards and my rabbits won't stop chewing on them!!! I've given them all the hay and straw and cardboard boxes they could ever want and they still chew!!! I've tried saying "No" in a stern voice but I'm not always there to disipline them. I've also heard that the scent of tobasco sauce will stop rabbits in their tracks and it works for a couple days but after it fades they're back at it!! Any ideas would be a great help.

One is female and one male, both fixed and both adults.

I found my cat, Marlo this morning and we think he had been hit by a car, it turns out that 2 of his toes have been broken and he has a dislocated hip. Tommorrow morning he is having surgery and we are extremly worried (excision arthroplasty). Has anyone else had this happen to their cat - what is the best way to look after him once he gets home? His other leg also has a large cut about 5 cm long which has to be bandaged and stitched, so he is not going to be able to use it. I'm worried about how he is going to be able to get around and use his litter tray. i'm also woried about how his hip and movement is going to be once he has recovered. please any info is greatly appreciated, two very worried parents here.

He lives outside, so he has been in fights with toms in the neighborhood. They come up on our porch, and he tries to run them off. Well, he he is going on 10 years, so he rarely "wins" the fight, so he gets scratches and cuts, of course, but I've recently noticed his fur is matting. I've tried to brush them out, but it didn't seem to work. I can't take him to a groomer, and I don't know how else to fix it.

I adopted my cat about 2 months ago. He doesn't smell or have fleas or anything yucky like that, so is it even necessary for me to give him a bath? I was told that cats are self-sufficient in the cleaning department. lol. Plus, I hear it's a nightmare trying to give them a bath.

My son is almost 7 years old and really wishes he had a sibling. Since that is not possible, do you think a dog might help him with feeling lonley and not having a playmate?

with this puppy, we've been trying to train him to the blue pads, and he'll go on there, but everytime we let him out of that room he poops on the carpet (only 2 rooms have carpet) and pees everywhere, we spank him and tell him no, and he still does it. AND he's now started tearing up the blue pads. I'm about to give up with him, what do u think?

She seems reluctant to come out of her cage when normally she loves to run about the room climbing and swinging from furniture.

I just got my new pup 2 days ago. She is eating puppy chow dry (1 cup) and nutro puppy wet food (1/2 pouch) at night. It isn't the same food the breeder was giving her. Did I cause her stool to be bloody? She has been de-wormed according to the paperwork.
I have also been rewarding her with Authority Doggie treats. (Not whole pieces)
She seems happy and eats alot. She has had over a dozen bowl movements in the past few days, this is the first one that was runny and was accompanied by blood. She goes to the vet on Saturday. Am I safe to wait it out and watch her??
