What kind do you want and how big is your house? Or do you live in an apartment and there is no room. Apartment living for a big dog is not good, they need room and a yard to run around in. Please think long and hard about bringing a big dog or just another dog to an apartment. If it is to a house give your husband the pros and cons as to why you want another dog. Not just because they are cute, that is not a good enough reason. Everything is cute until they grow up and become a menace, then what you get rid of it? Can you afford another pet?

Both (all) within a family structure should be in agreement before bringing a live animal into the family. A puppy needs lots of love, training and nurturing to become a happy member in your home and society. If you don't agree together to get a pup..... don't do it. The pup is the one who will suffer in the end.

Bring it home and say that it was on a classifieds website and the owner stated it was no longer wanted and it was going to be euthanized.... and if he doesn't "awwwww" to that then proceed with the next womans advice and get a new hubby :P

just bring it home and he will love it and wont have the heart to take it back - thats what my dad did to my mom and we still have the dog- ummmmm to get my mom to let me get animals she falls for the eyes- drag your hubby into a pet tore and let him fall in love with one
