She is a King Cavalier Spaniel and I got her when she was already about 6 months old. As soon as I even pick up my camera she hi-tails under the bed! She can be in a deep sleep and as soon as she hears me turn the camera on-she's gone!! It is just a digital camera not a video type one . It has me stumped!! She acts like she is going to get hit when I put it up to my face to take a picture and I have NEVER hit her!! Any ideas??

I have to. I can't just do my business and stare at towels. I've even read shampoo bottle labels within reach when I forget to bring something in.

i'm getting ready to purchase a male maltese. i was considering trying to train it to go in a litter box on either a puppy pad, newspaper, or litter (that option sounds too messy with a long-haired dog). anyone have any input?

I have two cats, one male and one female. Both are fixed and have been indoor cats since I adopted them. They are both about 4 1/2 years old and usually get along pretty well. Don't get me wrong, they have had their little kitty tiffs over the years, but lately the male cat has been mauling my female cat. She is much smaller in size than he is and he uses this to his advantage. Tonight he got her so good that I had to separate the two of them. There was fur EVERYWHERE from where he had torn it out of my poor girl kitty. I inspected her closely for wounds and did not find any, and they're both back to normal now. I can't think of any reason for the sudden change in his behavior. There's been no change in diet, no big move, virtually no changes here. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, my rabbit at a yeast infection at least a month ago. The vet gave us medicine to put in her ear. We were suppose to use it for about 5 days which we did and her ear seemed fine. Then a couple weeks later her ear started bothering her again and now she's back to "if you touch it i'll go insane" I'm unsure if she has the yeast infection still or what... Any ideas?

I have a 13 week old male lhasa that insists on pottying in the house. We take him for walks, let him out to play, run him outside if we catch him going inside, but he holds it until he gets back in and then p's. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could it be he just dont know when he has to go, or would the cold air make him not be able to go? He poops outside too......any help would be appreciated!

As suggested by my LFS, I bought the frozen brine shrimp (this is my first puffer pet).

How do I feed this frozen food to my puffer? Do I just drop the block of frozen food to the fish, or do I have to warm it up with some hot water then dump it all in?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Me and my mom were cooking and we let Olivia (my Yorkshire Terrier) to walk around our apartment. I soon wondered where she was, so I went to our bedroom and saw her sleeping on the floor. She came to us and was shaking and shivering. We do not know if our cat (9 years old) scratched her, or it's simply a nightmare. She's calmed down now, but I want to make sure. She's in perfect health, up to date with her shots, and she's very good on walks. She also panted a bit.. Please give me advice?

Hello. We have spent some time with this dog...and he is an absolute mushy LOVE! We have been getting acquainted with the dog, since his foster mom lives very close to us. We were told that the best guess is a pit/lab mix...but they don't know for sure. Do you agree with this, or do you see a possible other mix combination? Please let me know...I've attached his pics through these links http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f211/Gia327/zeus1.jpg
