The cat is about 1 year and 3 months old. She is no lap cat and is not really affectionate. She does some damage to the house, and can be a pest. I have brought her outdoors a few times, but she does not like it. Cleo runs in almost immediately. We live in a neighborhood that has very little traffic, and no dogs running around.

I would be grateful for any suggestions about how to get my cat to live in the great outdoors.

Our dog finds it so hard to cope with busy streets - cars dont worry him he will happily step off a kerb, but people coming towards him and from behind make him panic. He has been regularly walked in busy streets but he just doesnt seem to change. Also, we have tried squirting water at him and saying NO and shaking a tin with beans in, but despite this he still continues to bark at people who come to the house... any suggestions from any chihuahua trainers out there?

I know, this is kind of stupid to some people, but chickens can be pets too! and we name our pets. Any suggestions? We have a lot of hens (about 25) and 2 roosters. (dont need that many names, just a few for ideas). Thanks!

i have a 18" fluorescent lightbulb on the light on my 29 gallon aquarium, i am going to turn it into a planted aquariums soon. If i get a full spectrum bulb for that light on top of this full spectrum wall lamp from target thats 13 would i have enough light for most plants?

In total it would be-1 18" full spectrum fluorescent tube, and one 13w full spectrum tube.

i really dont want to dish out teh money for plants and have them die on me!

When people have a litter of puppies and have a hard time placing them or dont have the time I either buy them for a small fee or alot of people give them to me for free. I am very honest with the people I then take them home get them all cleaned up and get there first shots and then I sale them and make a small profit.. Is this wrong I am not asking people to have unwanted litters but these puppies are here and i just help them find homes.. i believe in what i am doing ijust want to know if its morally okay

When I got her I was told she was not spayed. Is the spotting at the first, middle or end of her heat cycle? It is minimal now. Will it get worse?

What I mean is, without the need for a neutering operation, are there any cats that are unable to conceive, because they were born that way or whatever other reason, and how does one find out?

I've noticed my cat has been sneezing frequently and also scratching his ears alot. The inside of his ears are dirty. His behavior isn't any different, he still is very playful and seems to be happy. Is there any kind of over the counter medicines I can give to him or home remedies I can try?

What type and size tank do I need? What type water? How much is a pair of seahorses? What type pet store sales them? PetSmart doesnt have seahorses, and you cant buy them at Seahorses R' Us. Yes this is a serious question. I have had freshwater aquariums in the past with success. Thank you.

someone told me to put vanilla on a cotton ball and put it in their cage and it will confuse them and keep them from being so territorrial. does anyone know if this true or false? I think i have come to the conclusion they are just wrestling because No blood is drawn and their is no hissing.. only squeeking, and they seem fine. but id like to reduce the "wrestling" and i heard this would help .

My yorkie is 12 years old and was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. She is seeing our family vet. Except for a collapsed trachea she is otherwise healthy. She is still eating and still plays a little. Has anybody had this problem with their yorkie--just wondering how much longer she has?
