No. All that a pink nose represents, is the fact that your Great Dane's nose is not desirable, when it comes to showing the breed.

No, while it is not desirable from a show dog perspective, it is simply a pigment distortion. The dog is still as healthy as he/she would be with a dark nose. Don't worry about it...it adds character and some personality!
