My sisters has an appointment this afternoon for her dog because she is bleeding from her vagina. The dog is like 6 years old and was spayed when she was old enough to be spayed. ( a puppy) Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks so much

A medium to large breed bi tch whelping a litter of all male pups? I know it's totally out of the question, but what are the chances of that happening?

we are getting a three month old male kitten and I would like to get him fixed, as our neighbors have several female cats, and neither of us want more kittens.
I was wondering if there might be some service to fix the cats for free, My hubby doesn't want to invest alot of money in this cat, but wants it fixed.
Also what age would be good to get him fixed?

Thanks

I let him into other parts of the house he pees. I haven't "crated" him because I really don't have the room in my kitchen. I have a gate that seperates the kitchen doorway from the rest of the house. For the first week & a half he stayed only in the kitchen. After that I would let him roam into a couple of rooms in the house for a couple of hours, but he'd always go back to the kitchen to sleep at night. I haven't let him roam for about 3 days now because he keeps peeing on my carpet. I also have a 1.5 yr old Shih Tsu that he loves to play with. I work from home, so they are let out frequently for a half-to one hour at a time in a large, fenced yard. If I take him outside & tell him 'potty' he goes almost instantly. So why does he keep peeing on my carpet? Also, his barking/whining to get out of the kitchen at night has gotten worse. We have 6 people here trying to sleep. What can I do? I've just been ignoring it for the most part until he stops. Any help would be appreciated-thanks!

I wrote a question earlier about this topic and thank you for the answers. I went down to these teenagers riding on the two donkeys and asked them to stop riding them cos it is too cruel and they are too small, but they told me it wasn't and that the donkeys are healthy, I then told one guy that was actually sitting on the donkey that the donkey has a sore on his back right were he was sitting because i saw it earlier. He told me that he knew and that it was healed up. i asked him to show me, so he got off the donkey and the sore was still there and looked like it was bleeding a bit. i then looked at the back of his levis and there was a little blood mark on the seem. I told them that they will have to get a blanket or something to cover the donkeys back. I was wondering is that sore because of the friction from the seems of their jeans because they ride a lot bare back and always wear those tough denim levis and wranglers. If it is so then I am phoning the ASPCA straight away.

Sometimes when my dog is lying down and I go to pet him, he gives me this bad look and growls at me, and I think he would snip at me. He's a 1 year old beagle and this has just recently started. I don't know if it's just because he simply does not want to be bothered, or if it could be something more. He does not bite, but when he growls like this, I think he would bite. He's very lovealbe to everyone that comes over, so I can't figure out what would cause this behavior. Any suggestions?

She is a former abused Egyptian Mau, the breeder took her back after finding out about the abuse and we got her from a friend of the breeders. She was pregant, but the babies were still born, we've had her 6 years and still she won't allow me to pick her up.

I would like to know if either of the two breeds are prone to disease. Not that it matters--I would treat any but am curious. He is suddenly prone to sleeping in his water dish?

Hi everyone, we recently adopted a 9 week old puppy who we have been crating during the night. Recently, classes started back up from Thanksgiving break and we had to crate her for only 2 hours this morning when we went to classes. When I returned home, she was barking up a storm and she had had a bowel movement within her crate and had it all over her body. I had to give her a bath but I don't understand why she went in her crate when I took her out this morning for a walk. I could use all the help!

I am scared she will jump up onto the hob when it is still hot and burn her paws. Anyone know of any shield or device which would prevent her hurting herself?
