I don't believe there is an "eskimo husky" breed. There are Siberian Huskies and American Eskimos as well as Alaskan Malamutes and Alaskan huskies... so I'm not sure which breed you actually mean. But at any rate, there is a miniature similar to the husky called an Alaskan Klee Kai. Also, the American Eskimo (also called a "spitz" sometimes) is a fairly small dog and comes in toy and miniature sizes as well. Links below although I don't think the Wikipedia photos of the eskies do them justice. They are much, much cuter IRL!

All of these breeds look very similar (thick coat, triangular ears, curled tail) so I guess the answer is yes, you should be able to find a miniature or toy version of a husky or spitz if that is what you are interested in. :-)

klee kai's look like miniture huskies but their temperment is different. They bark a lot and shed from what I've read online about the breed. There is info and pictures at dogbreedinfo.com. :)

You may be thinking of the "miniature" or "toy" variety of the American Eskimo Dog, which comes in three sizes: Standard, Miniature, and Toy.

There are small small/toy varieties of the Spitz.

There is the Spitz Klein, and the Pomeranian.
