I got to work this morning and in our warehouse there was 2 kittens underneath a pallet. I saw the mother, and left them alone to do there thing. Well the mom came back for 1 of the kittens and took it away. The other one is still there by itself and has been for alittle over an hour. I dont want to leave it there to die. How long should I wait for the mother to do her thing, or has she abandoned it? Its crying and the mother is near by but not coming back for it. Any suggestions? Is there anywhere I can call to have them pick it up? Im at work so I cant go get milk for it or anything.. Any suggestions would really help, I feel so horrible for this baby..

He is a 3 yr old beagle and I can't even let him in the house because he tries to pee on everthing he also does the same thing outside, the other day I saw him even pee on the side of his water bowl. It is such a gross habit of his, he is not neutered . I also have a dachshund and he doesn't do that. What is going on with this dog????

I have a one year old female, recently put in a cat flap and a nasty big black cat comes in my house in the middle of the night and eats my cats food. When I came home yesterday my cat had wet herself on my bed and been sick, I have since found clumps of black cat hair around the carpet (my cat is grey) and have seen today that her ball has been ripped to shreds. I guess this other cat attacked her yesterday, she is very small and now very nervous and has bitten me today. What can I do?? We have started to lock the cat flap at night but the other cat comes in in the daytime now when its open. Infered cat flaps are £50 is this the only option I have??

I live accross from a field where two donkeys are kept. These donkeys are either young or a small breed. For the past 2 months there has been young teens playing on these donkeys, they are riding them around the field every day. They are now having donkey races up and down the field. I am just wondering if it was cruel in what they are doing. The owner of the donkeys says he doesnt mind what they are doing. he says they are only kids and the donkeys need the excercise and disipline. I have noticed that because the donkeys are small and that they have no saddles, when the boys mount the donkeys, the back of the donkeys lowers a bit, as if the donkey is straining a little to take the weight. Also, I went over to the field over the weekend to take a closer look at the donkeys and I noticed that one of them as a sore on his back, it looked like a rubbing sore. As these kids are now dressing in cowboy clothes eg. tight levis and wranglers, would that be the problem from the rub off the jean

Hi- my cat has a black, rough, kind of raised birthmark looking thing on her front left paw, hairless, it looks dry/flakey at times, with just a few hairs growing thru it. She is a completey indoor cat, however it doesnt look like its there bc she lays on it all the time. It kind of looks like the vet shaved her for an iv? possibly during her spaying, but the rest of her tummy hair is growing back, I dont know why her arm would create a weird dime-sized scab/scar? She does not excessivly lick or claw the spot, so why isnt it healing? These are just guesses.. lol I have no clue! anyone seen this before? have any guesses?

on one fish the scales got bloated and she lived for about 2 weeks. She turned on her side and then would swim and then lay and start turning on her side again. Another fish quit eating and then got white spots that looked like lint and it sort of looked like a hole developing on him. He didn't eat for 2 weeks and laid on the bottom of the pond. He died yesterday. Also their eyes look really weird.

I have put every vile tasting solution and spray on the wood fences and now he cribs among the barb wire wrapped around the metal gate. From hot mustard to dog doo-doo(this works for only a short while) I have used cribbing collars also, they don't seem to work.

On Wed night I got a new dog. She is 1.5yrs old. I already have a 5 yr old. They are getting on ok, not great friends but not snapping and biting either.
The older dog was/is very spoilt and I have been working on her for the last week with great results - food & attention wise.
She sleeps on our bed and I have had the other dog in the kitchen where she scrapes the door and whines all night. This morning I closed my bedroom door and left them both in the kitchen. I plan to do this from now on while we are at work and at night.
I love to spend a bit of time with them in the mornings and w/e mornings. Is it giving the wrong signals to let them into the bed at these times? Also is it sufficient to put them in the kitchen and close the door or should I do some kind of command/reward system.
Really want to be a better dog owner so all advice will be greatfully received.
