So long as the bb isnt lodged inside, she's bound to be fine. Dogs heal amazingly well.
Watch for swelling and puss around the wound, that could be a sign of infection.
Generally puncture wounds like this are harder to keep clean. I'd get a medical serynge with no needle (like the kind used to medicate infants) and squirt some peroxide down into the wound, to make sure anything lodged inside comes out.
But if its scabbed over nice, and the area isnt hot to the touch or swollen she's probably fine.
Pinch the toes on that leg, make sure she's reacting to it, and look for signs of discoloration in the flesh of her inner thigh (where theres much less hair) opposite the wound.

If the BB pellet is still in her thigh, then yes, take her to the vet. I knew a Dalmation that had a hind leg that would get sore off and on, a real bummer for such an active breed. We took him to the vet, and he had a BB pellet in his thigh. After it was removed, his leg felt much better.

if the bb is stuck in her, then no, just keep it clean and infection free. if she starts showing any sign of pain, limping, not running, stiffness, favoring that leg, then yes go to the vet. if the bb is stuck in her, then yes go. if you removed the bb, then go, just to make sure there isnt nerve damage (she might not know it hurts in that case, ya know?)

If you removed the BB then no, just mention it at her next check up. I dont see the problem, but watch her very closely, if she is less mobile or wont run then yes. Take her to the Vet. If not, I dont see the need.
If you did'nt remove the BB then YES take her to VET.
