6 Neon Tetras , 3 Harlequin Rasboras, and 1 Dwarf Gourami. If not what can I put in with my 6 neon tetras. I prefer small fish, and maybe some algae eaters. and maybe easy - medium maintance.

well...at least as long as you are alive? I love my cat but when she dies I'll be heartbroken. She"s the best part of my day. She loves me and comforts me. It's like she knows when I'm down. I'll miss her if she dies before I do....

I remember my fifth-grade teacher gave me a poodle named Charlie. I loved charlie because he was mine, he listened, knew tricks and never left my side. He'd walk me to the corner and would be there when I would come back home from school. I've had pets after him, but none of them could ever top my Charlie.

My new puppy is a mixed breed Jack Russell Terrier. A male dog, he looks like the old PBS character "Wishbone". We've considered several names within the family but we can't agree on one. :) Can you help us?

He's not being destructive or anything, but does things he knows he's not supposed to do like jump on people, or he'll head butt the back of my legs or just run around inside and won't relax (he's generally laid back and calm). No changes lately in anything and my other dog has been acting fine. Any idea why he's acting this way? It would be so bad except he's acting like this way too much.

I have a Beta fish who's sides are swollen, he stays at the bottom of the bowl for long periods of time. When I tap on the glass of his bowl he doesn't respond unless I tap really hard. When he does come up for air he swims fast gulps air a couple of times and goes immediately to the bottom of the bowl. As he goes back down to the bottom of the bowl it's like he's to heavy. What's wrong?

I have a 9 month old GSD and am curious at what age i can start his personal protection and muzzle fighting work. I know he will bite because we have performed the character tests as well as some pre-sleeve training at home. I've never owned pups. Before, i only bought fully trained dogs but my grandfather left me this dog when he died a couple months ago so I kept him and tested him and he seems to be born for the work. Any one know at what age Helpers are willing to start training? I've owned and handled dogs with various titles to include Schutzhund, KNPV, and Ringsport so i'm not worried about the work.

My vet chose to give me this instead of Heartguard. My dogs have never been on anything but this, however I never really asked her why she chose this instead of Heartguard, which I have heard more about. Any experiences, good or bad, with either?

I found a baby snake just outside my garage. He is stuck on a bandaid and I'm not sure how to help him free himself. I would like to help him and set him free. I put him in a glass container with some rocks to rub against....should I put anything in there for him to eat until I can help???? Thanks
