She is 2 years old and a tuxedo cat. She is normally healthy and should be gaining her winter coat. There has been a case of athletes foot in the house, so I'm a little concerned that it may be ringworm.

When I first got my betta I bought a set of Nutrafin BETTA plus. It contained Betta Plus Water Conditioner, Nutrafin Max betta flake food w/ bloodworms, and Betta Plus Fish Bowl cleaner. I finished up the Betta Plus water condtioner yesterday and went to go buy more at SuperPet just now. I got a water conditioner/de-chlorinater called Nutrafin Aqua Plus and I was wondering if there is a difference, and if it will harm my Betta. It says that it is to be used for only freshwater and saltwater fish.

so ppl keep saying that if u go 2 a dog store to get a puppy, it comes from a puppy mill, but i want on the website, and they said:

Where do your puppies come from?
Just Puppies buys the puppies from USDA and state licensed breeders, mostly in Missouri. USDA breeders are regulated by the federal department of agriculture and are regularly inspected by the USDA as well as the state.

Should I believe them?

Whats the best dry catfood?

I have about 6 or 7 weeks ago, introduced a new cat into my home. She is about 3 years old. I already have a cat which is around 14 years old. They are both neutered females. My problem is that the younger cat is very aggressive towards the older one,.despite there having been 4 cats at her previous home whome she wasn't aggressive towards at all. This is causing a major headache, so much so that I will have to rehome the new cat if this continues. I really don't want to do that so has anyone got any idea's on why this is happening and what I can do to stop this aggressive behaviour. No silly or sarcastic answers please....it doesn't impress me and it does you no favours either.

Help! MY dog threw up 6 times last night and we put her outside, she had been playing very hard and eating very fast. This morning she is still puking up stomach acid. What should I do? I'd hate to take her to the vet and pay 80 dollars for him to say "keep an eye on her".

We brought our 8 wk old male cat home yesterday. When we were playing with him, my existing 3 yr old female cat got in to the room by accident. She went to smell the kitten then started to cry...then the kitten started to hiss. We immediately separated them... and put the kitten in the carrier... my existing cat only hisses occasionally... it's my kitten who growls and hisses at the older cat. How can I get them to like each other? Right now the kitten and the cat are on opposite sides of the door sniffing.

Can someone give me some advice, my pup has a dry nose and I am hearing all sorts about it. She seems really well, she is 10 weeks old, eating and drinking very well, running about well, sleeping well and toileting well. I keep hearing different things saying a dry nose is a sick dog, or she is okay, she is due to go to vet next week for her nails, should I ask?

I have two indoor cats. They have a constant supply of dry purina indoor formula, not the cheap stuff. I have watched them eat, but it doesn't seem that they eat two fast, they always have some food left over the next day, I feed them in the morning before I head out for the day. One of them, a previous shelter cat, often seems to vomit up half digested food. I have taken her to the vet and they allways tell me she is fine, she is otherwise healtny i.e no problems with using the litter box or worms, I know I check. What should I do to stop her puking? The other cat doesn't seem to have this problem. I am pretty sure it is not a competition for food because they have seperate bowls and won't eat out of each others bowl.

(with the exception of babies) In every day life - I can see how mean people are - I know there are good people out there --- but all u have to do is watch the news & see all the problems (evil) that people cause. I don't wish anything bad to a person - I just don't get upset as much as I do with an animal (with the exception of babies)& small kids. Does anybody feel these same feelings that I do.

My uncle ran over his cat and he it's whole back end is crushed. They want to know if theres something they can give it to either kill it or just put it out of pain untill my uncle gets home. They dont have the money to take it to the vet because they just got there dog neutered.

I'm new at this and I just can't figure it out.
I have a couple bettas and I'm trying to breed them to earn a little cash. Everything is going wrong.
First, I had my bettas spawn in a tank with gravel.. Not a good idea at all because they burrowed under the gravel and died. I also took the female out too early and she died from being egg bound.
I took out a few to save the father from having his fins full. I had put about 15 in a shallow container with just enough water to cover them. That worked out great! The problem came when they were old enough to eat. I asked what to feed them at the pet store and since they didn't have brine shrimp or first bites. They said this guppy food would be small enough. Well, I fed them. The next day they were dead. The food was broken down and trapped them somehow. That was my first spawn, my second didn't work either. I thought they were swimming horizontally so I took the father out. The next day they were dead!
I need help.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
I have a 5 gallon tank now with a sponge filter heater and styrofoam cup at the top.
I don't have any java moss or any plants.
