About a month ago I got a larger tank for my single ADF, so I got second ADF, brought it home and quarantined it for about 2 1/2 weeks. All was well so I moved it in with my first ADF.
They did well for several days, but yesterday evening I noticed that my first (and smaller) frog was on it back. Now I know they sometimes lay in funny positions, but even when he got up he was having trouble swimming, and going to the top for air. Thinking the newer, slightly bigger, one might be picking on him, I moved the new one to my other tank. I got up this morning and the bigger one was in stuck in the filter of the tank. I was sure he was dead so I was getting him out when he suddenly struggled free and sank to the bottom. Now he's having trouble swimming as well. Both frogs won't eat, and without being able to swim to the top well they'll probably die.

Both tanks are maintained in the mid 70s. I tested the water - all the levels are fine except the pH is a bit alkaline. What should I do?

She left the dog outside in the heat for too long and now the dog is overheated. She was on the computer, I was at work. After about 20 minutes she went out to the deck and the dog was panting. She tried cooling the dog off, giving it lots of water, putting cool water over it and the dog is still panting heavy.

I think if she wasn't on the computer for so long and didn't forget the dog was outside, this would not have happened. I think that this is a bad case of neglect and it just confirms why I do not want to have childeren with anyone.

Now that it is too late and the damage is done, she wants to show her nurturing side to the dog.

She is also taking what she calls a break from work now. She does clean the house, but I feel that she could be doing more. She claims that she is stressed and fatigued and needs a break. I never heard of such a thing. It makes no sense.

Is this who she is? A neglectful, dependent, unmotivated and unreliable person?

The vet doesn't think anything has to be done about it, but I am going for a second opinion. He is in pain, and has a very curbed activity level because of it. Is there a special type of food he should have? Anything he shouldn't have? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

My cat had to become a housecat after previously being an outdoors cat (another one of our cats was killed by a coyote after we moved out to the country). He is sad & mad now, and I need to know the signs if kitty is SUICIDAL.

I want to adopt a cute little kitten. But i dont want him to be too active and run around the house like a crazy feline and scratch my furniture. I want a cuddly kitty that will sleep in my lap and love to be pet. What Breed do you think i should get?

ps: I dont want it to shed excessively cuz i hate that and i hate hair balls. :)

Well, my dog Pants (thats her name) has been pregnant for six weeks now, her stomach is larger than usual, but I cant feel any heartbeats or movements of the puppies. Should I be concerned. By the way she is a ShiTzu.

Bought new hutch for my 1y old lop on 2 levels with ramp - how do I get her to figure out the ramp? Have tried waving enticing bits of food at top/bottom of ramp, but still she stays on the 1 level. 1 level is too small for her, she needs both! Please help - I can't buy another hutch.

I have 2 German Shepherds that due to the recent rains have the tops of their ears really "eaten up " by flies. Is there anything I can do to remedy this problem or prevent it once I get it cleared up?

I'm going to florida soon, and I was wondering would I be able to put my two kittens in a pet carry tote on the plane with me. They are so tiny, and I dont want to leave them at home while I'm on vacation. Is there usually a fee you have to pay?

Any help would be nice!
