Puppies need to be trained not to bite. There are a lot of methods out there and some work and some don't. You can try pressing his lips in on his teeth so he can feel that his teeth hurt. When he's playing with his littermates they all bites and nip on each other, so that's how they learn that it hurts. OR you can just get up and ignore him when he starts playing too rough. Don't use your hands as toys. Always put something else in his mouth instead of your hands. When he plays nicely, play with him and praise him, but when he gets rowdy, say "OUCH!", push him away with your shoulder or hip (not your hands) and walk away.

Coprophagia is the official term for eating feces. Lots of puppies do it. One theory is that they are missing something from their diet, or don't digest their food completely so they re-eat it to get the rest of the nutrients. You can try adding a teaspoon of unflavored meat tendorizer to the top of every meal and see if that helps. It helps some dogs stop. Some don't really go for the lacking nutrients idea. Otherwise, you can get a product called For-Bid and sprinkle it on his food. It makes the poop taste bad (like it doesn't taste bad enough already) so he won't want to eat it. If he's eating other dogs' or cats' poop, you will have to give it to the other animal to make their poop have the bad taste or just keep the puppy away from it.

It's normal for puppies to bite all the time because they're teeth hurt as they grow and dogs do eat their feces, but watch when he goes to the bathroom, then clean it up right then.
