NO! Pugs will want a more dignified name. If you call him (her) Pee Wee, he/she might ignore you - or bite you.
Try Clarence or Port or Pius or Popliccola

If you like it, it is. Keep in mind that the name might not fit your cute little puppy when he's all grown up. I have two beautiful dogs, a pittbul/lab mix named Shani, and a purebred golden retriever named Shelby.

i think its cute, but for short are ya gonna call him pee?? jk. well my cousin has 2 pugs, one is Trixi Abigail, but they call her Trixi, and she's a girl, and then there's Toodles, my cousin named him and he comes up with really weird names, but they are both greta dogs, i love pugs, they are fat and short and small and cute, and toodle's tongue is always stickin' out its sooo cute. do wut you want i think the names cute :D
