Is the Green Amazon Parrot the best talker for a pet?

my animals are my babies... I don't want them in a cage, will they have room to walk around & are they seperated from other dogs, I don't want them to get sick or in a fight with other dogs?????????? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are the preferences: small, cheap, can be handled by a toddler and still have nothing wrong with it. Can't be smelly, must be clean as possible with those other preferences. Also must be easy to take care of and not be able to carry any diseases.

I have a 4 year old male terrier/chawawa mix. He is house-trained and has a clean check-up at the vets. However, from time to time, he will pee or poop inside our house. Not very often, like I said... from time to time, periodically. I think he knows he's been bad too, he acts like he does, and we make it clear he's been bad.

What else can we do and why would he do this?

Ok - black and white tiny ball of fluff and razor-wire called Oscar goes to the vet for jabs only to find out that he won't need neutering as said kitty is a she-kitty!! So do we keep the somewhat masculine name "Oscar", change it to something similar or just pick a completely new name.

He shakes uncontrolabley in fear and if just really freaked out. when it rains and thumders he does that and on tv when theres like a tinkerbell fairy dinking thing sound he gets really freaked out also the ding when you get a im in yahoo. any ideas what we should do or what might treat it or what causes it?? thanks !!
