My mom is training my dog but she can't seem to get it, she pees and poops on the floor. And she chews everything. My parents want to give her away and I don't want to see it happen.

Here's a few things that worked for me when training my dog:

Get a crate. Unless a dog was kept in a kennel exclusively as a pup, most dogs won't go where they sleep/eat. Make sure its just big enough for the dog to stand up, and turn around. If its any bigger, you'll just find the pup going in the far corner.

Feed the dog at the same times every day. Create a set schedule, so its easier for you to keep track of the pup. No water after a certain time, or the pup will pee when you're sleeping.

Until its starting to learn, take the pup outside every hour to hour and a half. Praise the dog when it goes outside.

Get a prong or pinch collar. Make sure that you have it on properly. When you correct a dog with this type of collar, the prongs will pinch its neck like a momma dog will. It also takes ALOT less effort to make a correction with this type of collar than any other. Choke chains and other collars require a lot of force, and if the dog is REALLY hard headed, can cause the dog injuries.

Make sure the dog has plenty of chew toys. When ever you catch the dog with something its not supposed to chew on, take it, give the prong collar a light snap, and give it a toy...praise it when it takes the toy.

Hope this helps.

Training a dog correctly takes a lot of time and patience at first. The best way, in my opinion, to housetrain a dog is to "kennel train". This means that if you cannot directly observe and interact with the dog, she needs to be in the kennel until she learns the rules of where to go potty and what is okay to chew. There are lots of sites that tell you how to kennel train. When I got my two puppies (pugs ages 2 and 10 months) I took three days off work to housebreak and this worked really well because I interacted with them constantly, reinforcing good behavior. We used a bell tied to the back door that our dogs push with their faces to let us know they want to go out. If your family has limited time, as many do, I'd try local petstores or vet clinics that offer puppy classes. Enjoy your new puppy!

Try crate training the dog, you put the dog in the crate and only let it out to eat and go to the bathroom, it works as I have done this for my two dogs. It takes about a month.

this takes lots of patience and its your mum who's lost it
its like learning a baby
they pick up on sound of your voice
when ever it does anything wrong
just say no in a deep command
and let it know the word no in every thing you don't want it to do
if it does right always praise it
i train my pups and you will prob laugh
potty training lol
if puppy made a mess
id say no in deep voice
pick it up
this is the funny bit but it work for me
i take put gently to back door still saying no
take its paw and gently scratch door with paw twice then put out side for few minutes
do this every time
and gradually the pup will sit near the back door when it wants to do business
it will prob learn in a couple of weeks 3 at the most
please tell your mum from me
don't give up on puppy
who else will it go to
tell her to persevere she can do it

This will almost certainly work. And puppies will be chewers for a year or so, but finally grow out of it. Be patient and use this method:

One thing I disagree with at this web site -- there's no problem keeping a dog in it's crate for longer periods. They are a "den" animal and often actually like the feeling of security overnight, etc.

all you have to do is when you let the dog out to use the bathroom, watch them and when they actually use the bathroom outside, clap and applaud them and give them treats, so they know they're doing good. and if u catch them in the act of doing it inside say 'no! bad dog!' or whatever, spank them or yell, whatever. eventually they will drop out of it, and let them go outside so often, like every 1 at first, then after a few weeks, if they've done good, then every 2 or so hours, and then just space 'em out as they get older and if they progress.

Well, it all depends on your Mom's training methods. Maybe she needs to have a professional come in to train the animal.

Get some books on the subject and work with her! Clean up her messes and your parents won't have to know she made a mistake! This is a step in your maturation process or not; don't blow it!
