If your guppies were as prolific as my guppies then you probably have more than the tank can safely support! Again, if yours are like mine, they're eating the young to keep the population down.
I started with four in one aquarium and ended up with several hundred in four! I got such a kick out of seeing the females shoot the fry across the tank in birthing! I lost the amusement when my ex insisted every one of them be rescued. Happy breeding!
