Any special things to consider when looking at a log home? A conventional home is pretty straight forward but is there anything I need to know about a log home? Anything I would look for when considering purchasing an existing log home? It's 25 years old, looks great but I've really no idea what to look for. If I decide to go for it I will have a home inspection but before that happens, any help or advice would be appreciated.

During my wedding planning, I have had a hard time finding exactly what I have been looking for, whether the items were too highly priced or just not the style or look that I had envisioned.

Very frustrating...

SO, I decided to make some of the items for our wedding and it is all turning out great!

I am thinking about starting my own business making wedding items for a low price. This business would offer hand-made, creative, personalized items for your wedding, such as guest books, pen holders, ring pillows, flower girl baskets, and other items that are personalized expecially for your wedding with your wedding colors and style in mind.

You would be able to see samples of all of the different items and choose from a wide variety of colors, styles, and looks.

I am just curious to see if there would be enough interest in this type of business before I get started. I will be posting on several websites.

Thanks in advance for your opinion!
Happy Wedding Planning!

We Just moved into our house a few months ago and i want to paint my walls. Right now there is three sides, one side is wood which i like but the other two is wall paper. the wallpaper is pink flowers... thats what i hate! The other side of the room is open too the dinning room but has a fireplace breaking it up a little. so nothing needs to be done over there. Now we have a forest green couch set and the capret is a little bit lighter but very close to the couch color. I dont want white or beige walls i want it warmer look in the room but i know green will more then likly make it too green. i Dont know what eles to put up on the walls. there is more colors in our couch, there is a light brown which acts well with the wood sided wall and green and red. several shades of red and green in the pillows but the couch itself is all green. If anyone has n e ideas please give your input! thanks!
