I have had many ideas, I was thinking about painting each wall a different color, but I dont really know about that anymore. I want something with energy, maybee two colors, I just dont know what ones go with my room. I am going to get a new bed sheets and stuff to go, but still, I have a lot of wood furnature and its brown so I need something that goes, and my rug is cream with all different colors. I was thinking like red, pink, or green, I have no idea!! Help me

Instead of painting your room different color, why don't you buy drapes that give you a flare into your rooms. Paint can be a pain to put on the walls, atleast if you put different drapes with different decorations, or colors, atleat it adds more to your room ... a distinct from the regular things in household. Or put up some colorful painting or watercolor on different wall. Adds more livily colors to your room.

Try them and see the difference...

Go to this website and "try" any color you want on a rooms walls that way you would have a better idea of what it would look like-www.bhg.com and then scroll down to paintaroom and click that !!I just discovered another site you might like- www.homemadesimple.com I haven't had a chance to really look into it myself yet but what I did see looked interesting! Hope this helps!

Turquoise....has tons of energy. Looks fantastic with brown and cream and would really look spectacular in the bed room. I would get cream blankets and sheets and find Hot pink and lime green pillows to accent!!!

Paint, paint, paint!!! Instant gratification!!! From your description, a beautiful pumpkin sounds like it would really cheer you up, and go with the wood furniture. Be consistent on all four walls for the energy you desire. Leave the ceiling and woodwork white. I think you'll really be pleased!!

Decide on a primary color you like. Then try buying accessories in that color. Not matching items, but in that family. Then decide what color is opposite of the first, add a little of that so it pops. Also plants or an aquarium add life and relaxation.
