How do you motivate yourself to clean your house. My house definitely needs it and I have the time. I feel motivated sometimes for a whole 5 minutes, lol. And it takes me more than one day to clean to. So if I motivate myself to say get my living room clean, how do I stay motivated to keep cleaning the rest of the house the next day?

Any cleaning motivation techniques or tips would be great!
Thanx in advance.

Well my girl friend went on a long vacation to FL to help with her sister with thier sick father and mother. Well when she got bk she found out that she was locked out of her house and her **** husband was cheating on her and devorcing her. Well he took all her belongings along with her beloved cats and her little dog & moved them out to the garage. Well She is back in the house and he is out for good but we have run into a problem of smelly books tons of them, alot of $$$$. They smell like cat and or dog. How can we get rid of the smell and clean them. They are not wet and look clean but for some odd reason they smell? She doesn't want to toss them out!!!!

The shirt has been washed in cold water. We were told to put peroxide on it. The peroxide didn't take the blood out. We did not dry the shirt. Thanks in advance for all advice!!

My walls have soot from candle use and without realizing a wet sponge only made it worst. I am moving and would rather not have to pay to have all walls repainted.

I got a streak of blue temper paint on a garment (lime green) of mine. Is there any way to remove it? (It has already been through the wash and dryer.)

Maybe I'm just used to seeing my house the way it is but I've noticed that when I've had my house cleaned, it looks REALLY good and when I clean it it just looks decent. What details do maids pay attention to that makes their work look good?

We live in an apartment and have a serious problem with mold. The caulk in our shower stall grows it constantly. I have tried bleach, the tilex mold and mildew remover, and that scrubbing bubbles daily shower cleaner. No of them seem to work. Short of stripping out the caulk, how can I get rid of the problem?

When we move out of this place they will take a black light to our carpets to check for stains. We had a puppy while we were here that had a few accidents before being trained all the way. Is there something I can use to get the spots out where you can't see them under a black light. We have a steam cleaner and you can't see them with the naked eye, but I know you can with a black light and I don't want to be charged extra for every little spot. Any advice??

Sears is replacing my Whirlpool Calypso FINALLLLLLY!!!! Which one is the best? The Kenmore Elite Oasis or Whirlpool Cabrio? I don't have much faith in Whirlpool right now, but maybe they changed after all the faulty Calypso's they sold.

The label says "dry clean only," nothing else. There isn't anything about the material or ironing instructions. What should I do?
