The shirt has been washed in cold water. We were told to put peroxide on it. The peroxide didn't take the blood out. We did not dry the shirt. Thanks in advance for all advice!!

Take a little amount of ammonia, and dab it on the stain, then use a dish detergent and rub together. Rinse and do it again if needed.Another good stain remover is Alcohol
1 part to 2 parts water.

I would try the peroxide again. Let it sit for a little while, then keep rinsing with cold water. Next, soak it in oxyclean. Make sure the shirt is washable or you may get bleach stain. If not, take it to the dry cleaners.

get some spray and wash and soak it on for about 5 minutes, then take the material and rub it back and forth in your hands scrubbing it over and over until it comes out, you can also put bleach for the unbleachables in the laundry for extra help. Do not dry until it comes out.

Milk is great for getting blood out but might not get it all out now seeing that you have washed it already
