I have a microsuede couch that I fear is ruined! My friends dog peed on it yesterday and before I knew what happened, she poured the cleaner directly onto the couch. Now there is a huge circle instead of a little spot on the couch. Had she put the cleaner onto the sponge like I said, I don't think I'd have this problem. Any suggestions how to get this ring off my couch? I've tried re-cleaning, using just water with my bissell cleaner.. thanks! Hopefully I can save my couch!

I wear a lot of black clothing; my pants in particular have faded into a dull shade of almost gray. I bought some powdered black dye that I want to try, but I want to know: has anyone done this, and did it work?

Also, would this work on t-shirts with wording on them, say if I dyed it inside-out? Or is that best left undone altogether?

And before anyone whines about a person wearing black all the time; I do it because I like the symbolisim of black vs white (I'm an author) and it reminds me of the night, when I can sit in peace and quiet and not have to worry about my daytime life.

I have a screened in deck and my dryer vent is unfortunately in the screened in deck area. It causes the deck, screening and deck furniture to get very dusty. I dont know what to do since I cannot completely block the vent as this would be a fire hazard. Short of moving the vent-which I dont know how easy that would be, do I have any other options?

After taking a bath, I wipe steam off the cabinet mirror with a microfibre cloth. I discovered this means I never have to clean the mirror as a separate task. Do you have any similar discoveries or tips?

These machines generally take smaller than average loads but I have no idea how well they work. LG makes one, and Malber does too. Before I buy one of these I'd love some first hand information.

It's the sticky residue that's left over from a price tag that was on the glass. What's a good way to get it completely off and not leave an oily residue?

My husband and I live in a small house. One bedroom, kitchen, little area off the kitchen that is used as his computer 'room', living room and bathroom. Since it's so small, it gets cluttered and messy really easy. Does anyone have any tips and time savers that I could use? How can I make cleaning part of my everyday routine and not hate it so much???

This involves a small jar that is placed in the cistern of your toilet and cleans, disinfects and deodorisers your toilet in every flush. I would come and service it every 3 months, would you like to have this and how much would you be prepared to spend.

ok i'm a early 20's male and i've been doing my laundry since i moved out at 19. anyways...does it really matter what detergent you use? I mean tide is like over 7 dollars for like a 32 load and then there's purex which is 2.50 for the same amount of loads. So is there a big difference? should i stay away from the ones with bleach in them? does the bleach wear out the clothes faster? i'm kinda lost on which kind to buy thx
