there are plenty of blocks of bleach things to go in the cistern anyway available in supermarkets and shops people are not going to pay you to service this when there is already a "cheaper" and easier alternative, also people would have to give up their work time to wait for you to attend so i realy dont think this is going to catch on.

I wouldn't. I can buy stuff to go in the tank without having to have a stranger in my home. I'm the only one who lives here so it never gets bad anyway.

Your insurance and bonding would probably cost more than you would make. Doubtful you would have many customers since there are so many products on the market now.
