I would imagine that whatever you use to clean nail polish off your nails will work just as well on the floor. Since the floor is tile I don't imagine you can do any damage to it.

NON acetone polish remover and don't let it set long...make sure you clean the tile afterwards...(if it stains, try some bleach, like a bleach pen, AFTER you clean the NON acetone polish remover off.)

Do you have nail polish remover on hand? I don't think that will hurt tile, unless it's linoleum.

I have had the same issue on linoleum. do not use acetone based nail polish on it. You can use non-acetone on pretty much anything without damage. But if you are still worried, those Magic Eraser sponges do the trick!

Use nail polish remover, it works not only on your nails but on furniture, too. I hope it works for you. Good luck!
