When we move out of this place they will take a black light to our carpets to check for stains. We had a puppy while we were here that had a few accidents before being trained all the way. Is there something I can use to get the spots out where you can't see them under a black light. We have a steam cleaner and you can't see them with the naked eye, but I know you can with a black light and I don't want to be charged extra for every little spot. Any advice??

First, you need to get a black light yourself to se what shows up: you can buy one for about 10 dollars US. If you're concerned that professional cleaning won't do the job, then buy an enzyme cleaner at a pet suppy store. (Nature's Miracle is one brand.) This cleaner breaks down biological stains, it doesn't just act as a detergent. Mix the cleaner with water and wet the spot thoroughly. You may have to cover it with plastic wrap, because enzyme cleaner only works while it's wet.

I haven't used it for pet accidents, but I've used it on blood stains and it was remarkable.

The black ordinary options up the protein, i imagine. it truly is why you are able to also see sperm and blood residues. you want an enzymatic purifier to thoroughly damage down the stain at a chemical aspect. I particularly have used Nature's Miracle with large success even as my cat peed contained in the closet. I do have a hand-held blacklight "scanner". The pee confirmed up, even after i concept the stain became wiped clean up. yet after utilizing an enzyme purifier the stain did not coach lower than the black ordinary. Nature's Miracle is bought in puppy shops besides the undeniable fact that, in case you do a search for for "enzyme purifier" or "enzymatic purifier" you may discover more good value product made up of an identical stuff. i does no longer understand, because we in reality had the only-time pee incident. reliable luck.

After you have everything out, have Stanley Steamers clean the carpets. The do a tremendous job. Doing it yourself will never be enough to solve the staining problems.

Save your receipt for the Landlord as evidence of the cleaning.
