LOL! Well Hey girls at least he is trying to figure out how to clean them himself and ot have his wife, mother or another woman do it for him.
Well sweety here are a couple of things you can do;
1st to try and prevent them make sure to wipe yourself well after using the bathroom
o.k. to clean; try to pre-wash by hand, get a good detergent nothing to cheap and if they are white underwear try some shout on them and add a little bleach to the wash
If all fails toss out and buy new underwear and buy darker colors. But just because you buy darker colors of uderwear you still need to wash them realy good and wipe realy good. You might need to buy some of those wet wipes that can be flushed. Don't put baby wipes in the toliet the you'll have plumbing drama.

If this is a true question I will treat it as such. First off purchase a good quality detergent. If your undergarments are white use the hottest water you can get from your tap add the appropriate amount of detergent and then add 1/2 cup of chlorine bleach and then 1/2 cup borax to the water, don't add clothes until water has filled machine then add clothes. Use this EVERY TIME you wash your whites.You can also put extra detergent on areas of high dirt to remove spots. If your undergarments are colored use the hottest water available and add non chlorine bleach by directions ( won't work as well) and 1/2 cup borax as stated above. It is alright to use fabric softner of choice. Alway separate clothing correctly and don't mix colored clothing with whites. This really works, I hope I have helped you

A better diet might be in order. If this continues you might want to see a doctor.
Sphinctor leakage is nothing to be joking about. It can be serious and can mean there are other unknown medical problems.
Anyway...throw them away and buy new fruit of the looms.
Charmin works good.....get rid of chaep sandpaper rolls.

Scrub them by hand with Fels Naptha soap on an old fashioned scrub board. This is my granny & my mom's remedy.

Man, freaking nasty! This is a joke right? Well, I guess if it isn't, you could try bleach or stain remover. I like to use that on dirt or blood instead of crap.

my son has that problem, instead of toilet paper use baby wipes they will clean your ***...no more skid marks!!!!

You are nasty!!! Try wiping your behind and you wouldn't have this problem. But since you do, then try some bleach and detergent until in comes out. Or use your toothbrush and scrub it first then wash it, it might just teach you a lesson. How old are you?

a prewash with enzymes, that will kill off the skidmarks, use it on your butt too.

bleach..oh yeah wipe your butt with toilet paper until there is no more poop on fresh paper after poopin.
