YOu would have to locate the source of the mold and eliminate it. Mold is a living organism and feeds off wood, paper, other sources. You may not be able to get it out without rebuilding.

Full strength white vinegar is amazing at killing mold AND at deodorizing. Use a sprayer and spray down all the surfaces liberally and in a day or two there will be no more mold or smell. If you live in a damp region (like I do on the We(s)t Coast) spray it 3-4x a year. It's a little smelly but not as bad as bleach and it's environmentally safe (for you too)

I would open it up on a warm day and spray the inside with a household bleach and water solution and let it dry completely before closing up.

Then, I would get some inexpensive 4" x 16" soffit vent covers at the local lumber yard / home center and cut some holes in the walls to match in order to provide some cross-ventilation.

I think the moisture to cause mildew is coming from the ground and you need to jack it up higher off the ground if it has a wood floor. If its ground floor, then get a few bags of redimix concrete and put a couple inches of concrete in there for a floor.

Your smell will be gone when you rid of the moistue from the ground that rises up into the shed.

you can do that, put baking soda boxes on the shelves, pour white vinegar on the floor or put it in a spray bottle and spray the wood. leave the doors open on good days when you are at home.

I would try a bleach treatment (spray it on and let it dry) and once it dries seal it with a thompson water seal.
