change the filters.....remove all water....wipe it down with 1-3 ratio water to Clorox and refill....use a bromine floater to keep the water clean........

there are chemicals you can obtain from a dealer, who sells hot tubs. You do not want anything abrasive at all, and nothing soapy or sudsy. Just try calling them and ask their advice on a cleaning product. Vinegar is always a great choice, all natural. hope this helps. Good luck
