Try spraying with a lot of hairspray and running the pants under cold water. this works for most ink stains. Spray and wash also works, although I have never tried it on dry-cleaning. Have you tried a tide pen?
Good luck

Test the material in an invisible spot with a drop or two of ammonia, if it doesn't remove the dye the try it on the ink spot it should remove the ink. If not take the pants to a professional dry cleaners
