What is the best way to get a stain out of my suede comforter without getting it dry cleaned?

Are you sure it's suede? Read the label. I'm betting it's synthetic, and can be washed or dry cleaned. A real suedeucomforter woould not only be extremely expensive, but too heavy for a person to sleep under. I have a micro suede jumper that goes into the wash and the dryer.
