i"m 18 and I just got permission from my parents to redo an old unused closet into an office for me. It's a very small closet, just big enough for me to put a tiny table and chair in with a little bit of extra room. I'm very creative. I like to sew, draw, paint, and other stuf like that. But most of all I really like photography. I would really like to frame a lot of my black and white pictures on the wall. So I want a color pallette that is very inspiring, that would bring out the creative side of me, but it also has to go well with the black and white photos I'm going to put up. So if you have any color ideas, I would appreciate the input. I'm opewn to anything from calming and relaxing to funky and crazy. If you know of any good websites that would show some pictures of different color palleattes for something like this I would really like to see pictures, but ideas are still great too! it's a small space, so anything that will make it seem more spacious is great!

My dad turns off the pilot light every day when he lights the wood stove before he goes to work. I have to turn on the gas and relight the pilot light every day twice. Is there anything that i can install to automatically light it with the push of a button? I've been using a long BBQ lighter. I have had to drive all the way home from friends houses to light it, just to have him turn it off when he gets home.

Heres a timeline: He lights the wood furnace at 3pm, it gets cold in here by 7pm. I have to light the furnace. He gets home at 1am and turns it off and lights the wood. It's cold by 5am and i have to light it in the morning so my mom can get dressed for work without freezing.

He won't leave the pilot light on because he says its too expensive. So basically it would have to be usable in a natural gas furnace, durable, and electric so she doesnt have to go downstairs to light it, shes in her late 50s and i'm about to move out. Thanks.

i have some mold growing in the house due to a leak somewhere and its also in my bedroom. weve cleaned it several times and it keeps coming back... know mold particles i guess you can call it float in the air and is not real good for you to breathe in....i thought about getting the airborne vitamins...does anyone know if that will help? if not is there anything you can take to maybe keep this stuff from harming you....you can smell it all through the house but it wil be useless to fix until the winter is over...thank you

so, i was cooking something in my oven and it caught on fire. i grabbed some water and didnt splash it all in there, just sprinkled it in with my fingers and pulled it out. now the oven doesnt work. the pilot is on, just no gas comes out. i watched it turn bright orange and nothing happened, no flame. so i put a lighter under there to see if it would catch, but nothing. what is wrong? i dont know. im speculating using it for a while.... oops.

I think it'd be a waste of money because I only have a few of them each, so I wash them together. Is it okay? There only two or three light ones in there. I use the dark chlothes washing powder.

I have a sofa and chair that have been sitting in my garage for over a year. I have been saving it for my little sister who just moved into her own apartment. I am ready to give it to her, but I am concerned that bugs may now be in the furniture since it's been sitting in the garage all this time. (I have seen spiders and other creepy crawly things in the garage since I've been living here.) I don't want her to bring it to her new apartment and have bugs crawling out of it. Any ideas?
