who is this "he"? every time he uses your detergent, just go get something of his and use some of it. like take one of his beers out of the fridge. or you could set up a trap, like a decoy box of detergent thats actually filled with cat litter or somethibg.

This is a guy we are talking about here. When a guy goes to the grocery store the last thing on his list to buy is laundry detergent.

When women go to the store they make themselves a little list, and remember all the stuff they need around the house.

When guys go shopping, we go down each isle in the store and when we see something that is good to eat we put it in our shopping cart. There is no list, what men buy is generally what they are hungary for when they are in the store.

The problem is that he just keeps on forgetting to buy his own, and he doesn't remember he needs it till he is ready to do his own laundry and its more convient to use yours than go to the store..

You can either do 1 of 2 things...

A) Hide your soap and leave the empty bottle by the machine. When he sees its empty he will go to the store and replace it or buy his own.

You just got to be patient to use this method. I work with my mom and I do the same thing to her at work when it comes to taking out the garbage. It put all the trash out by the back door, and eventually she gets tired of looking at it and takes it out for me after about a day or so.

She knows I do this on purpose and sometimes will wait 3-4 days for me to get tired of seeing it and take it outmyself because I got cliants coming to my office and I don't want them seeing a pile of garbage by the door.

Point here is that, he might not do laundry at all because there is no soap. Eventually he will wear all his clothes and realize your not going to replace it and he needs to go to the store to buy more!

B) Next time you go to the store ask him if he would like for you to buy some laundry detergent and have him pay you for it. Most guys will be glad to pay you for it to save a trip to the store.

HE MAY BE BROKE TO BUY HIS OWN DETERGENT OR JUST LAZY TO GO TO THE STORE

He lied to you. He obviously likes it. Or he just might be too cheap to buy his own. Either way, hide it!!! ☺

HE'S CHEAP. I'd keep shopping until you find the scent he doesnt like.

He's lazy and cheap. I don't think it's a novel way to "get closer" to you.

So he doesn't have to buy his own. Beggars can't be choosers, so he'll use whatever you buy.
