A mixture of diluted sodium hypochlorite, mixed with TSP, tetra-sodium phosphate. So a little chlorine bleach, and some TSP, both available for purchase at the hardware store. These two things are the main ingredients of all anti-mold and mildew cleaners. However if you buy them yourself, and mix them yourself, you save about $8-$11 dollars.
