My sister and law washed a pair of pants with a pipe in the pocket (the marijuana kind) and there are stains on the pants. Anyone know a way to remove them easily?
By the way, it wasn't my pipe unlike first accused. I just want to help.

I have had a problem with air in my central heating. I attacheded a hose to a valve on the lowest radiator in the house and when I opened it all the rads in the house warmed through except one. When I closed the valve on the 1st rad they all cooled down again. In plain English please, how can I get them all to work?

of washing white clothes with pinesol instead of clorox?
I hear some people do it and they swear up and down that it works better than clorox. Has anybody out there used pinesol to wash whites? Does it work?

I had a pair of jeans, of which had a sizable rip. I grabbed a roll of duct tape and had a little fun. At the end of my playing, I had a pair of jeans, completely covered in the versatile tape. However, now I am met with a bit of a problem. I wish to continue using the jeans, however I have yet to discover a way of washing them. As beforementioned, they are covered in duct tape. Is there any method of washing duct tape without any form of catastrophy happening?

Thank you for your valued input.
~Zack

We are preparing to construct a new home for our family of four. We have two small children. I have looked through the numerous books and/or design and planning sites and have a pretty good idea as to what type of home that we want (a farmhouse). My question is this: For those of you who have been involved in the construction of your own homes, what things can you not live without that you included in your new home and what things do you wish that you would have done differently or included? Thank you for you input.

OK. Over the years, my family has had many things junked up in out closets. In every Closet in the house, there are things that we don't need anymore. So This year before thanksgiving, my family and I are going to sort thru all of the things and seperate everthing into three piles. 1)Throw out things that aren't useful anymore. 2)Keep Things that are Passed down to us. 3)Give things that are useful to other people but not to us anymore to a Thrift Store.

But the problem is, I wanted to know does the Salvation Army or any other Thrift Store that you give you items to, do they give you money for them or something like that.

My mother said that she is not putting up Christmas Decorations until everything out of the closets are out.

Please Help Me.

Thanks.

I have scrubbed the entired thing out with clorox and water, white wine vinagar, fantastic, windex, etc. every time I turn it on the entire room smells like smoke. I have even left the door open and then vent on full blast for 24 hours. HELP

Hi I have a boiler in my new flat that is supposed to provide both hot water (this is working fine) and heat (I can't get this to work). I have looked all over and can't find any name or model for the boiler. My landlord doesn't have the instructions and I have followed what he told me to do (turn up the separate thermostat on the wall) but nothing happens.

I'm afraid to just start playing with dials randomly for fear of (1) losing my hot water, which *is* working or (2) messing things up further, as gas scares me. There is a blue button with two settings, E and C. It is on C. The pilot seems to be on (green light showing). I tried switching the 0-1 setting in the middle of the clock dial thing to 1, which makes the boiler run constantly, but still no heat (left it running 24 hours and nothing, radiators remained stone cold). Does anyone recognize this as being similar to their boiler? Would very much appreciate help! Thanks

The zipper is jammed towards the top.

It looks like it threw a tooth.
