First clean up any large pieces or scrape up what you can before you clean. Clean with clear water a few times. if that is not doing it for you. Then try a product called spot shot. You can get it at most home centers, walmart, grocers. It will get up just about anything.

Hi
First thing pick up the large pieces if it is still wet dab area with towels to absorb as much as possible.

Nature’s Miracle should work. It is available at Petsmart. Make sure you follow the direction. The main reason that it fails is that people just sprays it on and wipe it up and not let it soak into the carpet like the urine did. You my need to do this 2 or 3 time. Just reminder that the urine treatment product needs to go where the urine went for it to work properly.
In my experience, Nature's Miracle is your best bet. Good luck!

Enzymes, Enzymes, Enzymes..........Enzyme products do wonders for fecal and urine stains in carpets. Enzyme products can be used in many other places too. Drain maintenance, laundry pre-spotting, fabric deodorizing just to name a few. Most enzyme products are synergistic blends.....meaning..... not a chemical reaction but a biological one. To sum it up the good bacteria eat the bad bacteria.
Eliminate the spot and the odor with an enzyme product and puppy won't poopy in the same spot anymore.
