Soap in the line. Use HE dirtergent or of you are going to use regular use about 1/3 the norm. This goes for your fabric softner and bleach also. Wait a while and try it again. You might want to put some water in where the soap goes to clear it out.

did it come with a manual, if it did it should tell you, if not go to the name brand .com
