I accidently put the wrong time on and left to walk the dogs. I came back to a white smoke filled house. I have scrubbed the entired thing out with clorox and water, white wine vinagar, fantastic, windex, etc. every time I turn it on the entire room smells like smoke. I have even left the door open and then vent on full blast for 24 hours. HELP

First, put a bowl of vinegar in there and boil it. Yes, vinegar is stinky too, but better than burned, and it will CLEAN the smell out. The, after a few hours, leave the door open, and put a dish of coffee grounds in there. They will absorb any left over vinegar odor.

Coffee grounds are also a good idea when you have a refridgerator that you turn the power off of. It keeps it from smelling bad.

Sqeeze 1-2 lemons to get juice into a cup or small bowl and heat on high for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
That should do it. If you're still not happy you can try that 1-2 more times.

Wash it again with a cut lemon. The lemon juice should do the trick instantly. Wipe the the microwave's inside door and sides.

They have microwave cleaner that you put into the microwave and set for a certain time so it bursts open , lemon fresh. Easy clean. Microwave cleaning cloths. I believe.

try washing it out with baking soda, then, put a few tablespoons of vinegar in a bowl and put it in the microwave turn setting to high and let heat for 1 minute.

be care full ,cleaning too much a microwave could destroy safety sealing and expose user to dangerous wave- go to your service agency don't try to fix it by yourself.
