I was in a car accident four years ago (I was a passenger) and was struck by the airbag. I live with pain on a daily basis. My nose had to be fixed (I had a majorly deviated septum), months and months of physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, massage therapy...and now I am back to physical therapy again. I knew about my discs being bad -- but didn't know until two weeks ago that I have fliud on my spine. What would cause that? I am very concerned.

my elbow hurt and my workout trainer told me to put a compression wrap on it to compress the extensor muscle. as soon as i did the pain went away--but only when i wear the support.

does anyone have any experience with this? if i keep wearing the support will it heal or will i have to wear the brace for the rest of my life?

I have these [green..] bruises on my legs and I noticed them a few days after I went to the gym. My aerobics class went there and we worked our legs. Well the next time we met, alot of them were saying that they have bruises on their legs as well.
That was about a week and a half ago.
Well, the reason it worries me is because when I was 3 1/2 I would get bruises easily so my mom took me to the doctor and it turned ou I had Leukemia. They cured it..but that's why I'm worried.
Could they be from working out?

almost one year ago, i was in a soccer game and had a nasty collision. i ended up with a broken face that had to be repared with titanium plates in my face. i know someone who has a video of it and is willing to lend me a copy to watch. i am still afraid to play soccer again, although i have kicked a ball around with some ppl. should i watch the tape or will it only increase my fears?

i hurt my knee 5 years ago and 3 years ago. Now it hurts when i have my period and just started hurting all the time it keeps me up at night but i dont walk with much of a limp. i cant keep it in one position too long or it start to hurt? What wrong?

I am 21 and have had a shoulder injury for over 2 years now. I have been eager to begin my training in martial arts since I was 19 and I havn't been able to because of my shoulder problem. I initially injured it during a weightlifting exercise and I've been to multiple dr's and have gotten many oppinions. Dr. 1 said: Needs rest. Dr. 2 said: It is a microscopic tear in my acromioclavicular muscle which didnt show up on my MRI. I need to "use it" and do light exercise to strengthen. Orthopedic Surgeon says it is fine and diagnosed as "shoulder impingement". His physical therapy prescription was unsuccessful. Dr. 4 said: I have a gap in my bone that is preventing my "ruptured ligaments" from healing. I believe I may have some sort of tendonitus and I've read that a Liver Cleanse will clear this problem right up. I've been completing the preliminary steps before a liver cleanse and I have yet to do it. But please. My mind is driving me crazy. Can anyone help or offer great advice? Thanks.

i hurt my knee five years ago i tripped and it went back and forth real fast and once i was on the ground i could not get up for like a minute. Than three years ago i tripped over a gas hose and landed on my knees and the same knee got hurt. Ever since than it hurts when i get my period like my back hurts and now today it hurts to keep it in one position and i have to keep it bent when in bed what this mean? I walk with a slight limp but i never did anything to hurt the knee why is it hurting?

about five years ago i tripped playing basket ball and my knee went back and forth than i landed. I could not get up for a few minitues the doc said it was a sprain. than three years ago i tripped over a gas hose and landed again on my knees but the same one hurt so much i could not get up for a min again i took workers compensation and 2 weeks healed it. Now it hurts when i have my womely cycle yes my period and starting yesterday it hurts to keep it straight, i walk with a very slight limp but it does wake me up at night what is wrong?

my big toe has got puss leaking out of it and it hurts alot (suspected ingrowing toe nail) i caused it by running into a door and catching my big toe on it, ouch!! anyone got any ideas?

I have mildly painful nipples after running for some time this morning. It is the second time this has happened. I believe it must have something to do with wet cotton rubbing when I am jogging. Anyone ever had this? What is the best prevention/cure?

It's sort of a long story that I wish not to talk about but I was bit by a person REALLY REALLY badly. This act was not willing on my end. It was on the back of my neck and it's been about 24hrs now. I can turn my head every way but it's painful. Ever since this happened I have been having chest pain right below my heart when I laugh or cough. The bite didn't break the skin so it's not infected. But could the pain in my chest be realated to something else or could it be from the bite. I have no health insurance and REALLY don't want to go the ER unless it is a LAST resort. I HATE hospitals!!!!! The thought of a DR cutting on the back of my neck seems VERY painful!!!!! Again it's a long story but I don't want them asking me a bunch a questions about who bit me and what happened. They would never find the guy. So the main question is: Is the pain in my chest related to the bite? And I should probubly go to the Dr huh?

Ok so I hurt my pinky finger really bad by walking down the stairs and then jumping over the last step...I then hit it accidentally on a ledge by the wall while jumping. Anyways, that was about 4 months ago and the finger is not in pain always; but it will be in severe pain if it gets bumped or bent..(like if I were to try to crack my knuckles I think I would cry from the pain). It was never treated and I never took it to the doctor (no insurance for another month or so). But I have had a sprain before and all they did was splint my finger. I do not know if this is even a sprain or what it is, really. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Will the pain ever go away? It doesn't seem to be getting any better. Everytime it gets hit or bent the wrong way it hurts very much. I know I should take it to the doctor and I probably will soon but I really don't see what they could do about it. Any info would be nice! Thanks!

i always get bruises all over my arms..very large bruises..but i dont get hit by anything or fall or anything during the day...can you just get bruises for no reason?

I lost aprox. 3/4 of an inch of my left hand middle finger in a industrial accident two weeks ago. I still have most of the first joint. im told unless the loss goes past the the joint and into the second section of bone its only considered a partial loss. not sure what amount of money I should settle for Its not my dom. hand.
